【负责人介绍】

　　莫茜，博士, 研究员，博士生导师，上海市科委“启明星学者”、上海市教委“东方学者”特聘教授、上海市卫生系统优秀青年人才。本科毕业于中国科学技术大学生命科学学院，博士毕业于美国德克萨斯大学休斯顿健康科学中心，现任1066vip威尼斯附属上海儿童医学中心研究员/PI、科研部主任、儿科转化医学研究所副所长、感染研究室主任、精准医疗实验诊断中心副主任。

　　【研究方向与成果：】

　　儿童感染性疾病的分子诊断、致病机制研究及系统性精准诊疗

　　从美国留学回国后组建了“上海儿童医学中心感染研究室”，率先在国内儿童医院中开展基于病原分子诊断的儿童感染性疾病精准诊疗。长期从事转化医学研究，主要包括微生物的快速分子检测、肠道菌群在儿童疾病中的作用及干预、儿童感染性疾病发病机制等。在Blood、Pediatrics等国际期刊发表SCI论文30余篇，累计影响因子110余分；申请发明专利12项；先后主持国家级及市局级课题11项。获得上海交通大学青年优秀教师、1066vip威尼斯“青年十杰”等荣誉称号。
